For this piece I chose to dive into the beauty of age. The flowers show how age comes with loss, you have to lose something to grow and that is the beauty of it. For materials I used exclusively acrylic paint. This was a challenge for me because I often find comfort in using many different materials to portray my style and thoughts. I loved being able to experiment with different colors and shapes in this piece and I am proud of how my work shows my views on the beauty of age.
